a. Delivery options include courier or self-collection.

b. Delivery will be completed within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days unless otherwise stated.

c. Risk passes to the customer once delivery is completed to the nominated address.

d. Art prints are usually shipped in protective tubes. Framing is the responsibility of the customer.

8. International Orders

a. International customers are responsible for shipping, packaging, and any crate costs.

b. Additional charges may apply after checkout depending on the artwork.

c. Some items may require custom shipping arrangements.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including POPIA.

We only collect information necessary to process orders, provide services, and communicate with you.

We do not sell or misuse personal information.

10. Refunds and Returns

a. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.

b. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

c. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

d. Custom and original artworks may not be returnable.
